Start with the operating model
ApproveCart B2B is a Shopify app for internal B2B purchase approvals before checkout. A signed-in company buyer submits a cart, an active manager for that company reviews it, and checkout protection confirms the approved cart still matches.

Recommended setup order
- Confirm the store and customer accounts meet the requirements.
- Choose the default approval policy and plan-specific features.
- Assign at least one active manager to the test company.
- Configure company or individual spend limits where needed.
- On Growth, add targeted rules and approval expiry.
- Test buyer submission, approver decision, cart restoration, and checkout validation.
